Jährlich sind in Deutschland über 70.000 Betriebe von der Regelung einer Unternehmensnachfolge betroffen. Nach überschlägigen Ermittlungen sollen mehr als die Hälfte aller mittelständischen Betriebe die Übergabe auf die nächste Generation nicht überleben. Hier gilt es, frühzeitig gemeinsam mit Steuerberater und Rechtsanwalt, ggf. auch unter Einbindung der Hausbank kreative Lösungsansätze zu finden, die nicht selten auch zu einer Verbesserung des Ratings des Unternehmens führen.
